The main room in the apartment (almost 70m2) is a large living room with an open kitchen. This room is the centre of the apartment, with the other rooms grouped around. From here, you have a stunning view onto the boulevard, the park, and the roofs across the courtyard.

The living room is bright and flooded with light thanks to the room-height panoramic windows. In the mornings, the sun shines onto the warm parquet flooring and in the evening, the light comes in through the kitchen window.

The fine materials of the granite kitchen block and the maple wood of the surfaces contrast with the simple light-coloured fitted cupboards and walls.
